Course fees
- There is a £25 fee payable to The Beauty Guild to become a member.
Cancellations and Refunds
- If you need to cancel your practical training date, this MUST be done within 48 hours of the training date.
- A cancellation fee will be charged at £25 per course.
When and where do courses take place?
- Courses run every day at our salon in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire.
- Online courses are available throughout the week.
What happens on a practical training day:
- Arrive at 10 am
- Theory in the morning, with a refresh on online modules, consultation, contraindications, health and safety, equipment & products and treatment set up
- Demonstration of the treatment
- You will perform the treatment with complete supervision on real models
- Practical training is normally complete by 4pm depending on the course
What should I bring?
- Paper & pen
- Lunch
- That's it, everything else is provided for you
Do I need to buy a kit?
- No. Kits are completely optional and can be purchased once training is complete.
Can I get insurance?
- Yes. You have the option to use any company you wish.
What should I wear for training?
- Students MUST have short nails, particularly for massage courses.
- Wear a beauty tunic or a dark, smart top (short sleeves) and trousers.
- Flat, closed toe shoes.
- No jewellery or sunglasses.
- Hair MUST be tied up away from the face.
What is the minimum age?
- You have to be aged 18 or over to attend our courses, proof of which may be required.
